There are no formal skill requirements for participating in our climbing activities.

In order to climb in our park, you have to fill our Egenerklæring/Self-declaration form in advance and do the practice training course followed by one of our instructors.

  • Climbing in the kids course is the only exception. However, playing here without renting our climbing equipment or going through the practice training, will be on your own responsibility.
  • It is strictly forbidden to use any of our activities and courses (exepct kids course) without completing the practice training course in advance.
  • Everyone has to go through the training course at least once in a year.
  • Make sure you understand what is being told and shown in the practice course by our instructors.
  • Remember that you at all times are responsible for your own and your kids' safety in the park.
  • Climbers under the age of 18 must have approval from a guardian in order to participate in our activities.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years old or older) all the time when climbing. Look for the sign at the beginning of every course for more information.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT

  • The harness must sit high and tight around the waist at all times.
  • If you at some time take off your harness or are uncertain if it sits right, please do not hesitate to reach out to one of our instructors to check it for you.
  • The helmet must sit right and tight.
  • Our safety equipment including carabiners and the zipline tool must always be handled with respect.

Activities

  • All of our courses have height and age limits, please make sure to read the colored sign at the beginning of the course before climbing.
  • Make sure that you are always properly secured when moving around in our courses and obstacles.
  • Remember that only one person can climb over an obstacle at a time.
  • Up to 3 people can stand on the platforms at a time. If there are already 3, please wait to move over the obstacle until there is space for you to come.
  • Make sure there is no one on the zip line when you hook on the zipline tool.
  • Do not touch the zipline tool when you are sliding through the zipline!

other

  • If you see anything wrong or missing in the courses/facilities, please contact our instructors to check it immediately.
  • Injuries and near-accidents must be reported immediately.
  • Use of drones in the park is strictly forbidden.

ACCESS TO OUR ACTIVITIES ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:

  • People with heart or lungs problems
  • People with back or neck problems.

Please confer with your doctor before engaging in our activities.

ACCESS TO OUR ACTIVITIES ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR:

  • Pregnant women.
  • Maximum weight for climbers: 120 kg
  • People who are affected by alcohol or other drugs.
